Concordia’s Department of Modern Languages and Linguistics, and the Azrieli Institute have invited Dr. Charlotte Schallié to discuss her award-winning book, ‘But I Live: Three Stories of Child Survivors of the Holocaust’. She will speak to the role of the visual arts in Holocaust education, the importance of survivor-centred storytelling practices and trauma-informed approaches to ethical testimony collection, as well as the urgency of preserving survivor experiences.
This event is catered and co-sponsored by the German Consulate of Montreal.
